This piece when through some changes. It started as a pencil sketch, then it was inked and colored, and finally, I painted paint and colored a wooden palette background. 
I used Copic markers, gouache, and acrylic markers to create this piece.  It was very time consuming but lots of fun. It does come in the 9x12 frame shown.
